The Thing I Do Show by Children’s Author, Lisa Caprelli This is a live show for kids stuck at home and adults who are bored! You just never know what you will see and what people will send in to us to SHARE with you!

A different book excerpt will be read aloud — and our show will vary weekly with: a variety of librarian recommended books, home school / teacher ideas, art and crafts, show a dance sent into our social media. Also, get a Spanish tip and more sent in by jazzy friends all over the planet!

Children’s author, Lisa Caprelli, will be sharing the following for elementary school students, school librarians, teachers, moms, dads, grandparents and anyone who would like to be entertained with behind the scene coverage of what it takes to make a great Unicorn Jazz team.

We opened with the official Unicorn Jazz Friendship Song – available on over 30 music platforms including new on Tik Tok!

LETS START OFF WITH SOME LAUGHTER

Lisa shared the hilarious – NOT SHY –  “THE THING I DO IS DANCE” AWARD to Ruth, a nurse who gave permission for the sake of laughter, at a time we all can laugh.

The secret winner (TBA) received our official THE THING I DO IS DANCE certificate Plus the Dance & Sing with Me Mug created by our friends at Party Lover Crafts in Texas and  Unicorn Jazz plush and a signed book.

With a fascination for Sesame Street, and the Muppets television shows when she was young, Lisa will share her inspiration for going beyond the books and bringing the main character alive, Unicorn Jazz, with the unicorn plush toy creation. There is, of course, a lot of fun in the journey, such as connecting with talented young scholars like Sophia, the daughter of OC Studios by Lizette photographer.

You can expect to find weekly contributions by different talent in her family.  For one, “Trey aka TreyJam, her 14 year old son, began doing “Try Not To Laugh Challenges” Videos since the age of 7.  Today, he has well over 150 million views on his YouTube Channel.

So it is not any surprise, that Lisa gets technology ideas from her son. Team concepts are always discussed and who does what, giving credit to different people who lend their gifts and expertise.

She shares FAQ – frequently asked questions about Unicorn Jazz by kids.

With a music note for a tail, Lisa will share the inspiration, stories and lessons Unicorn Jazz teaches.
