Read & respond
Practice story mapping, sequencing, character choices, conflict, and retelling. Invite students to draw or write a new ending, then explain their choices.
Choose kindness
Use Eye See You: Choosing Kindness to start conversations about empathy and choices. Ask Lisa for the companion activity packet with writing projects and word searches.
Create & perform
Make a Bee Happy page or paper puppet, sing along, and explore a school play. Ask about character images and the .STL 3D-printing file for school activities.

Invite students to prepare questions for Lisa about imagination, becoming an author, creating characters, and turning a book into music or a show. Writing, art, technology, and teamwork all help children discover their own gifts.
