The 14th annual celebration of World Read Aloud Day 2022 takes place this year on February 1, 2023. School teachers, principals, educators, librarians, authors, writers, and publishers all over the globe are all banding together to make this year’s World Read Aloud Day the most successful one yet!
What is World Read Aloud Day 2023?
Founded by the non-profit organization LitWorld in 2007, World Read Aloud Day (WRAD) is an annual celebration and literary movement sponsored by Scholastic and many other educational partners.

Lisa Caprelli, author of the children’s picture book series, Unicorn Jazz, will be hosting her own events in honor of WRAD as well! We at Unicorn Jazz are so excited to be a part of this moving event.
