On Monday, November 1, 2021, from 10:30 am – 12:00 pm, New York Based literary nonprofit Hindi’s Libraries will join forces with children’s author Lisa Caprelli, creator of Unicorn Jazz book series (as well as three young and talented Broadway singers!) to host Book it Forward NYC: Dance & Sing with Me — a book donation event benefiting the children
Unicorn books for kids are at the heart of children and generations to come. Upholding the Unicorn Jazz series theme, imparting life lessons matter. These best-selling books support social-emotional learning in young readers.
Unicorn Jazz and its unicorn books made up of entertaining stories aim to be found in animation cartoons, streaming television, YouTube, Amazon Prime, classroom technology and communities. A unicorn is globally recognized character and there is a tremendous amount of visions that lead to action steps that happen weekly thanks to the collaboration of many incredible people.
The Aaron Community Cultural Center (ACCC) is a non-profit organization that provides many helpful services to those in need, including shared housing, youth employment preparation, support groups, life skills coaching, and food distribution to individuals and families in need of groceries.
Hindi’s Libraries began as a small community effort to pay tribute to a phenomenal young woman, educator, and mother who tragically passed away at the young age of 32 in the summer of 2018, Dr. Hindi Krinsky. To continue Hindi’s legacy, family and friends chose to build three free-standing libraries in her children’s school.
